I sort-of scrambled to find all of my "somethings" for my wedding day. I tried to be somewhat creative, but also have thoughtful pieces.
Something Old:
A ring from my grandmother Charlotte. She gave all of the girl cousins this ring before she passed away in 2001. It has different colored stones in the middle of it.
Something New:
My Kate Spade wedding shoes (which were terribly uncomfortable by the way!).
Something Borrowed:
My grandmother Belle's pearl bracelet that her husband gave her this past Christmas. It was really special having a piece of jewelry from both of my grandmothers.
Something Blue:
A garter my mom brought me from her trip to Italy last fall. I pinned my ZTA pin onto the garter.
And my ZTA ribbon.

Love all the personal touches!
I also wore a ring from my grandmother and my something blue was on my garter!
I had my grandmother's ring, too! So special. And those shoes are adorable - sorry they failed on the comfort side!
I love all of these special pieces! Even if they hurt, your shoes are adorable :)
The pieces from your grandmother's are so special. I have a grandma named Charlotte, too. :)

How special it must have been to have something from both of your grandmothers! A sweet memory to forever treasure.
