This is going to be short and sweet.
Tyler's brother's wedding is this weekend in Rhode Island.
I am pasty and white. I never got a good tan this summer.
I have 3 options:
1. Go pasty (I'd rather not)
2. Go get a spray tan tomorrow or Wednesday
3. Lather on lots of self tanner
These are my usual go-to self tanners:
Jergens Natural Glow
Nivea Moisturizer
What do I do?!?!?! Do you trust spray tans? I don't want to be orange but I don't wanna be ghostly!
I have a few local recommendations for spray tan salons. Just depends on how much time I have this week trying to pack, excerise and go out of town tomorrow for work.
Recommendations needed, accepted, and appreciated!!!!
Thanks in advance friends!

I'm the worst person to give you advice on this! haha. I'm SO pale and have just learned to accept it. I once got a spray tan at the Ultra Tan across from Kanpai in S'burg.... BAD IDEA. I went to my junior prom looking at hot mess. I've heard that the Jergens stuff is great though!
I'd get a spray tan BUT i definitely recommend getting one that is airbrushed by hand as opposed to a like versa spa booth. I used to get those spray tans before big sorority events and they always turned out fabulously. So much can go wrong in the booths!
I'm also a member of the pale and pasty club. I've gotten both airbrush and Mystic tans. If you can swing an airbrush tan (I think they're like $40- $50ish in Columbia so maybe less where you live?), then I would recommend that over a Mystic tan. If not, the Mystic tan isn't going to make you the color of an orange cone. It's really all about the prep for a Mystic tan. You need to exfoliate and make sure you use the cream they provide for hands and feet. If it messes up, use lemon juice and a rough sea salt scrub and it should make it less obvious. I got one this summer for the beach and once I fixed the little problems, no one was able to tell I got a spray tan except that they knew I am really pale in real life.
I got two spray tans before my wedding and LOVED them! I didn't turn orange or anything... I think they have come a long way! I would recommend doing it right before you leave - after a few days I could start to see the lines in my knuckles and around my fingers.
The BEST BEST BEST self tanner is Loreal Sublime bronze gel lotion. I mix it with lotion (stops any streaks before they can even think about being on me) and put it on before bed and wake up nice and bronzed without looking fake or smelly! 3 days and you will be glowing! (I alternate using it on my face and using the spray version as well) http://www.lorealparisusa.com/_us/_en/default.aspx#/#/?page=top{userdata//d+d//|diagnostic|main:pdp//objectid+SK17_2//{pdp_tab:pdp_overview//objectid+SK17_2//}|media:_blank|nav|overlay:_blank}
Spray tan for sure! I don't know where you usually get yours but I get a spray tan at least once a week and mine never turns out orange, people always just think I have a natural tan.
I say spray tan and then tell us all how it went :)
I managed a tanning salon for two years and I vow to spray tans but you have to get the right one and its a Versa Spa Spray Tan.
Go to their website versaspa.com and you can find somewhere close that has one. IF you find one let me know if you have any questions! They are awesome!
Spray tan! Just get it early and make sure to wash your hands good after. I love my Jergens lotion, but it takes a while to work!!
I love the Banana Boat sunless tanner in Deep Dark, but if you're really worried about it I'd recommend possibly getting a spray tan done by a person and not a machine. You can wear a bikini or whatever you'd feel comfortable in, and they'll be able to custom blend a color to your preference! It's a bit more expensive, but possibly worth not having to worry so much :) Worst case, buy a good exfoliating scrub for any mishaps! New follower :)
spray it up sister!
