I don't know about you, but I get tired of eating the same things over and over for breakfast! Cereal, oatmeal, waffles... So boring! I have seen some yummy smoothie recipes all over pinterest, so I printed a bunch of them out and am headed to the health foods store at lunch to pick up some of the items you can't get at the grocery store. I'm also going to hop on over to the Amish produce shops to get some fruits and veggies.
This website: Damy Health had some really great recipes. I hate to admit, I'm not sure what half of the ingredients they talk about are, but I am going to scout them out at lunch!

Smoothies are my favorite thing to make for dinner when I get home from the gym and don't want something too heavy! I use almond milk, spinach, ice, almond butter, and a banana...yum!
I make a smoothie almost every morning for breakfast! My favorite is a cup of yogurt (I like Dannon light and fit), a few strawberries, half a banana, and a LOT of ice! Keeps me full for a long time, and is SO yummy (and PINK!)!
